Default FRPS/Intake Gasket/Vacuum Line?

My car (after my brother drove it...which was my first mistake) is acting weird as hell. Once started if it is in gear with my foot on the clutch, it will stay around 1250 RPM's....but if I take it out of gear and my foot off the clutch it goes down to 750 RPM's and starts making weird noises. Yesterday it was fine and fixed but today its messing up. What could it possibly be? Its not the tuning cause it did not change over night. Could something have blown? Could it be a spark plug? Also I need to mention my Boost Gauge stays at 0 whether I give it gas or let it idle. When I shut it off it makes a loud almost hissing noise. Please post answers ASAP cause this is my DD and I need it in working condition as fast as humanly possible.

when my FRPS blew... it wouldn't even idle... to get it to move at all I would have to keep my foot on the gas the entire time to keep the RPMS up... It would just choke out and die...

ok, well mine will start fine and then when it idles with the clutch engaged (my foot off it) the RPM's drop to about 750. Normal is 1000.

But when I have my foot on the clutch it wants to stay around 1250-1500 RPM's.

Could this be my FRPS or is it another problem?

TOB?

my clutch feels fine. feels the same as the day I bought it even tho its used.

Quick question for ya tho...if I had a bad intake gasket, would it affect the idle of the car?

TOB = Throw Out Bearing...

well if you have a leak on your intake, it would disrupt the idle period.. I don't think it would stop when you did one thing versus the other... or be consistant... if there is a vacuum leak it would just make it go crazy...

It sounds more like a fueling or transmission/clutch issue to me... could be tune though, however I can't see your tune just going left like that out of nowhere...

Me neither. Cause it was tuned by Rick @ Amazon Tuning so its a good tune.
But my clutch/tranny is fine. I have been informed through people at svtperformance that there could be a vacuum leak from the gauge lines. I'm going to check everything tomorrow.

Cause there should be gas leaking out of the FRPS when the connecting hose is taken off, correct? Well if so mine does not. Everything is going to be checked tomorrow when it's light outside.

Also, would my car be safe to drive a mile if it came down to that?

Do you have a cel? Is your fuel system stock?More info please, if you show no vacume on the gauge I would look for vac leaks first.

If you have a fuel leak... trust me you'll know.... when my FRPS blew.. it reeked of gas.
