mufflers?

mufflers?
so i got around to checking out what catback system was put on the car by the previous owner, and theyre Dynomax. it sounds ok, but id rather have the more agressive sound of a chambered muffler. i had some Force (flowmaster knockoff) mufflers in my garage from my old car that i never put on, and was curious as to how well it would sound with dynomax pipes, if that would make any difference, which i dont think it would. eh?

RE: mufflers?
well i mean would it be worth it to just pay $80 to have Meineke weld in these mufflers, or should i not spend it, and buy a flowmaster catback? i mean, i dont have a ton of money, so id like to just get away with the mufflers alone, since i already have them. but if its going to sound bad, im not gonna waste the money. i guess i can aways try though.
the mufflers are Force Pro i believe. a lot of the v6 guys bought them for their cars because they are half the price of Flowmaster, and on the 6 cylinder cars, they produced a better sound than Flowmaster. i didnt know if this would be similar with these 4V engines. i would imagine itd sound about the same as a set of flows.

they can be stretched to fit by a muffler shop, especially if your goin to weld them in. I would suggest just welding in the mufflers you already have. The brand of the piping shouldnt make any difference in the sound quality.
