Default Numbers

Hey guys, I'm seriously thinking of getting a termie and was thinking if you guys could help me out a bit.

I'm trying to get my numbers straight to see if I could indeed afford a Cobra, so my questions are...

1. How much are your monthly payments.

2. How much is your insurance per month.

3. How much do you waste on gas per month.

4.How muchwas you down payment.

5. How much was your Cobra in total.

And also, did anybody get their termie as their first carout ofa dealer? I'm asking because I've never had car out the dealer, my only car I've ever had is my '92 GT.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

i bought mine last july used in a show room with 11k miles on it. Perfect cond. all stock. It had a window price of 34,000, i put some money down and got a really good warranty and i came out to about 29,000. My monthly payments are 640$, i know its high but its my dream car. My insurance is 290$ a month. gas is about 45$ twice a week for me. They worked with me at the dealer to make it happen , the woman totalled my 01 GT so i had to upgrade. I love this car if i ever do get a new car in the future this car is def. going into my garage for safe keeping

I got mine from a dealer. total price out the door was $26,803 back in 05. I put 5,000 down and monthly payments are $455. Insurance is about 180 bucks or so per month. I won't really say anything about the gas. I run 110 in mine no so it iis 6.50 a gallon. I have never really drivin mine daily. It has only seen about 3-4K miles a year since i bought it.

So how much did you put down day 1?

You spend quite a bit on the Cobra then huh?

About $1,200 a month.

So the more cars you own the cheaper?

you usually get a discount if you have more total cars than total drivers on your policy. makes the additional cars insurance a bit cheaper. in my case i have 3 cars and only 2 drivers.

Hey guys, I'm seriously thinking of getting a termie and was thinking if you guys could help me out a bit.

I'm trying to get my numbers straight to see if I could indeed afford a Cobra, so my questions are...

1. $250 (But that is because I traded in my 07 gt which was paid off)

2. $325 month, Because I'm only 20. ( 1 speeding ticket )

3. I go threw $60 in gas a week, and my car is fairly stock. As long as you stay out of boost your get pretty good mpg.

4. Well my trade in was $21,000 and the cobra out the door was $28,000.

5. $28,000. All stock when i bought it with only 11k orig. miles.

I didn't get mine new out of the dealer, but I just bought it 1 month ago. If you got any other question just ask or pm me. Hope this helps and good luck. By the way my car is my Daily Driver, except when there is snow or salt on the road in our shi**t chicago weather lol.
