Machined crank
Rotating assembly balanced
New gasket set (head, header, waterpump, oil pump, intake manifold, etc...) <--- it all adds up, trust me
Reassembly of long block
lubes, oils, etc...
Reinstallation....
ITS NOT JUST INSTALLING PISTONS AND RODS, LOL.... Most newbs think its that simple...
then i'll just change my 3.60 pulley to a 3.40 pulley to get around 10-11psi, would that be safe?? i have a 3 core cooller and a methonal injection will that help or keep it safe..

I think you should be fine. You got enough cooling so you don't have to worry about that.
