Hi Guys,

I an considering purchasing a 99 Cobra. However, when I looked in the trunk it it totally bare. No spare tire, no carpet, nothing. WHat parts would I need to make the trunk complete? Spare tire, jack, lug wrench, and all mounting hardware, I know I would need. Is there anything else? I seen two amps in the trunk and they seem to work. I am guessing there was a carpet and some insulation as well? Am I missing some parts? I am just trying to get an idea as to how much it would cost me to replace the missing parts of the trunk.

This car is also missing the driving lights and bezels. Is that all that is needed to replace the lights? I am guessing I only need the bezels, and lights and all mounting hardware. Is this correct?

everything needed to replace your trunk can be found at www.50resto.com. but as far as a list goes: j-bolt, spare tire, lug wrench, jack, cover board, floor carpet, 2 wheel cover trims, a piece of trim along the key base and a plastic cover for that, lastly there is the retaining plastic screws and metal clips. There isnt a whole lot of sound proofing in the trunk, but dynamat from any car audio store should be an easy fix. However, ebay may be a cheaper alternative to finding your parts, as people remove stuff all the time. Heck, i got the spare, jack, bolt and wrench, as well as the wheel covers just layin around i would sell ya.
