i was wondering what you guys thought the best oil for a 2003 cobra would be?

and how many quarts does it need?

well i would recommend mobil 1 fully synthetic 10w-30

most would agree.

but other question for the noob's out there, is it bad to use Non synthetic in our Engines?

that's different than the ford spec right, cause i thought that was 5w-20. and how many quarts will i need?

I use 5-20 like the oil cap suggests in full synthetic.

You will need 6 total.

lol yeah one of those two, i use 10w-30 for my gt and 5w-20 for mine cobra.

regular isnt "bad" for these engines, but synthetic is better...

I just put in Mobil 1 syn. 5w30, 6 qts....

+1 with the mobil1 use a quality filter to such as a mobil 1 filter, the over all oil change may cost more then if you were to use a typical "generic" oil but its worth the extra insurance imo

I run six quarts of Mobil1 full synthetic 10W-30 with Motorcraft FL-820S filter. I change it myself every 5000 miles. Sometimes I add half a can of SeaFoam 100 miles before I change it.
