Hi guys,

I bought a Garmin Nuvi and was wondering if anyone had some creative ideas on installing it in your car. I realize it can just suction on the windshield but was wondering if anyone made a mode "factory" look to their installation? Just looks a little boring suctioning it to the windshield.

I fiberglassed one in the center counsel of a 97 back about 4 months ago. It Looked pretty good. If you do something as extreme as that make sure you buy an external antenna. It was totally removable, so it kept full use of the portability. The only difference was the plugging in of the antenna and power cord.

I'm a MECP Master Jedi so I'm very good with fiberglass. It is doable for a novice but take your time.
