The best way that everyone usually does and I know I will do when I get my longtubes is drop the k-member, and well your at it, you should buy a aftermarket k-member. You will shed about 100-120lbs by doing so.

I wanna say yes. I know they re-did there design to tuck under the car better. If you go with 1 5/8 with 2.5 you will have more room. But if you go with the 1 3/4 with the 3" you will have less room but gain more power. It's up to you. What springs are you running and do you got ISO in?

Not alot of people even think about these or look into them but....SLP longtubes are stainless steel + ceramic coated. You get the best of both...Here are there new design:

Might wanna think about them also.

yeah im thinking going with the 1"5/8 with the 2.5 collector. i really like the stance of mee carr.

i have the H&R ss springs with no iso's in. the rear would have been a little more dropped but i chose 285/40 tires instead of 285/35 tires.

the kooks long tubes are selling on ebay for around $700, they sell on lethal for high 900's. kind of a deal if you ask me.

I actually email slp on them 3 days ago. Ill try to dig up the email and send it to you. They mention some pretty good stuff about them in there and why they changed there design. I think I might have deleted it thoe. Hmmm...I didnt know kooks are selling for that good of a price on ebay. They might come sooner then later for me haha. What mid-pipe are you going to use with them? Do you scrape anything now with the way your car sits? I'm thinking of going with the H&R's Race springs with no iso. Did you notice a more harsh ride?

dude this is a long tube thread, not springs, gtfo. J/K lol not really

well the mid pipe i want includes a ss bassani o/r x. on nice and some bumpy streets everything is good and dandy. on small bumps i scrape my mid pipe and tranny at times. not really hard but its enough to move my shifter. just on dips and bumps is where you have to watch out. and angle driveways. i've noticed a more bumpy ride, if thats what you mean by harsh. then yes. but on smooth roads, i just cruise. lol. i thought about the race springs, but i got a deal on the ones i have. 80 dollhairs from ebay yo. one of the best deals i have gotten there along with my B&M shifter.
