k&n filter
so i said that i didn't notice anything before but i hit it last night and i've never had it squat on me like it did, it was fun as hell...i recomend removing the snorkel and putting in a k&n filter to make a cai for anyone that may be purchasing one in the future
that was what i was looking at but then i just decided that what i did was the same thing as a cai but just not as opened up, which i could still cut away at the stock air box to open it up some more
It's not.. you do pick up a bit more with the actual CAI... there isn't much of a gain difference between the different brands.. but in reality you only picked up a handful of power, and are experiancing more of a butt dyno....
The Steeda CAI kit I had actually netted me a dyno'ed 20 some odd rwhp... dont remember the exact number, but I went from low 400s (415 or so) to 440 with just the intake and tune tweak, but that only gave me a handful of extra hp...
