Default 96 cobra starting problems

Ibought this car about six months ago and it has bbk long tube headers o/r hpipe msd coil packs, accell wires,373 gears, pro 50 shifter, and some other small bolt ons.Anyway about two months ago it stared having a small miss or stall when you took off. Then it got to where when it sat overnight it starts fine but if you drive it and shut it off and try to start it back up you have to hold it to the floor. The stalling got worse if you let off while driving in town and gas it again it would miss for a second.now I have been told a number of things to do. So I put a new upr adjustable fuel pressure regulator, gauge, fuel injectors, engine coolant sensor and done IMRC deletes pretty well at the same. Now it seems my miss or stalling is gone while driving but still does it taking off sometimes. Also you still have to hold it to the floor to get it to start. So if anyone has any more suggestions on what to try next I would greatly appreciate it Thanks.Sorr for the big spill but I dont know what else to try!!

Oh sorry guys I was in a hurry.Anyways a freind of mine said it sounded like the coolant temp sensor was bad or had a bad connection so I bought a new sensor ended up trying three. No change so I took a tester and checked the plug and no volts. should have 5 volt to the plug. Then I traced the wires to the pcm and tested for breaks in the wires and sure enough no power through the signal wire fixed it and fired right up and has not missed or failed to start since.I feel pretty stupid I changed alot of stuff for nothing oh well live and learn right. Hope this can help someone else Thanks Derick
