Nice runs. You need to bring that car to Fayetteville, NC and see what it'll do. Its only about 300' ASL. What do you think you'd trap at sea level? The highest my previous Mach trapped was 109.8 on a 13.2 run. It had major traction issues. With tires, it would've been a mid-high 12 car. I haven't had this automatic on the 1/4 mile yet, but it ran 8.6 at 86mph with just a catted X.

Personally if u want this style keep on saving and get the 03-04 cobra. You'll be in this mess again wanting to upgrade again to get a termi so why not just get the real deal. Most guys who give up there termi for a 05+ always seem to sell it and get the termi again so u wont have to upgrade after that ;o)

Because if he is in the same situation I was when I was shopping around, there was no way I could save up enough money to buy a $25,000+ car. It would make more sense for him to buy the '99 and mod the hell out of it. He'll be faster than a Terminator if he wants to, and still wont spend nearly as much money.
Although Terminators are god.

I have a 89 GT Modded and It would run with my 99 Cobra door to door untill I put My ATI on it and now It beats me because I just go sideways every time I push the gas peddle to the floor, Kinda sucks to tell you the truth.... It makes an Excellent Tire Frier... The biggest deal is, CONFORT@!!! I am telling you I was Die hard Fox till I picked up my new one.... then I though.. No more Rattles.. No more shakes... Handles a A$$ Load better.... Dont get me wrong the love for 5.0's will always be their but newer is so much better of a base to start with!
