Default 03/04 cobra vert

2 Questions

1. Do we need to treat our tops? If so what type of product should i get? I have been to all the auto stores and i dont see any products for convertibles.

2. Idk if this is just on convertibles or coupes but when i get on it hard in first second or third gear the rearview mirror will come off lol. Its kind of embarassing. Is there a fix for this or am i the only one who has this problem.

http://www.autostyles.com/prod01care.htm try this for the RagTop...I've used it on my 05 GT...

...Sounds like you need exopy glue for the mirror...clean the area up good with Rubbing Alcohol before applying exopy glue

Are you sure its a magnetic? ...most are a little piece of metal that the mirror attaches to...

yea the piece of metal it attaches too seems magnetic to the piece on the mirror itself.

Went and looked at my Cobra...Just clean the glass up REAL good with Rubbing Alcohol & apply epoxy to the little metal part and attach to your window with some masking tape for 24 hours...Remove tape & put the mirror back on with the allen wrench...Should be good to go!

The only product I use on my 03 Cobra Conv. top is a product called Ragg Topp. Only available on line as far as I know. But it does an excellent job protecting the top.
