Default Cam help please!..?

I can't make up my mind on what cams!!

I Want to go with comp stage 3 cams, but was wondering how drivable are these cams on the street? like say, is it going to buck in 6th gear at 70mph? and do you lose much low end tq? Was also thinking about the comp stage 2s. But Damn I love the sound of the 3s!

The combo is:

03 Cobra Coupe - Major Mods:
8.8:1 Compression Livernois Stroker
Livernois Stage 3 CNC Heads
Whipple 2.3
Naz ported lower intake
JLT CF RAI w/ 12' Filter
Kooks 1-3/4 X 3" Long Tubes, 3" Dr.Gas O/R X Bassani Cat-Back
Spec stage 3+
all cooling mods
GT Pumps, Fore Precision Works Hat, rails, -8 line

These are the ones I'm talking about:

Comp Cams 106500 "Xtreme Energy" Hydraulic roller camshafts.
Fits 1996-2004, 4.6L Ford modular DOHC.
Comp Cams "Xtreme Energy Cams" are the latest series of hydraulic and hydraulic roller cams to take advantage of the newest development of camshaft design and valve train technology. They have an aggressive lobe design that produces better throttle response than other cams with the same duration and they still deliver strong engine vacuum. "Xtreme Energy Cams" can be used for any street or street/strip application where both top end horsepower and good throttle response are desired.
Basic Operating RPM Range: 2,200-6,500 RPM
Duration at .050" Lift: 242 int./240 exh.
Valve lift with stock rocker arm ratio: .475"int./.450" exh.
Fits DOHC engines only, sold as a set of 4, requires lower gears, exhaust, injection, MAF sensor, and computer upgrade.
• Aggressive lobe design
• Excellent throttle response
• Strong vacuum
• Excellent in high performance street/strip applications
• Good top end horsepower

I was looking at the wrong cam! Below is what I was thinking about going with:

CCA-106460
Valve Lift: .475/.450

Advertised Duration: 273/275

.050 Duration: 238/240

Lobe Separation: 116 Degrees

EXTREME Energy Stage III Camshafts SUPERCHARGED.
* -- MAX Street/Strip Supercharged/Nitrous applications. Requires larger t-body, mass air, injectors and exhaust
* Requires lower gears and custom programming
* Automatics use a 2500+ stall
* New valve springs required
* Rough Idle.

Looks good to me.

well you need valve springs it says right there...i did alot of research on cams i was gonna do them instead of a sc or do them then later get a sc....after all my research i found that the gains arent that impressive ya youll have the sweet idle but is it really worth the money and work....maybe as an alternative if you wanna do engine work port your intake and such
