Default Wow new headers!

Ok, so I am nearly done with my long tube header install. It had been a very long day and will be one again tomorrow one way or another. If anyone ever tells you you can't install long tubes with jacks and jackstands, my car now proves them wrong (even tho it isn't as easy). Definately worth doing it myself instead of paying for the high prices of having it done by ANY shop unless you know the people. Now I can buy a tuner and some other goodies......

Hell yea bro! I plan on installing my ARH or Kooks, which ever ones I go with in a month or so myself also. I think I'm going to do a tubular K-member at the same time thou. What kinda longtubes did you go with?

I had some BBKs I bought for my last Cobra but never put them on. Definately make sure you read up on the K-Member, that was my plan too except you don't lose too much weight off the front and you have to make sure you align it correctly or it will throw everything off. http://www.mustang50magazine.com/how...ber/index.html is one link I read up on and made me decide not to. You have to go in a square it up in the chassis and maybe slot the bolt holes to move the K-Member around. Let me know how it goes if you do, definately wanna know if it's as hard as it looks.

IDK, Maybe its different for my car. Everyone over on SVTP says to do it and that you save a good amount of weight on the terminator.

Maybe you can take a scale out with ya when you do it and weigh the two and let us know what the actual difference is instead of the advertised! Good luck if ya do and definately keep us informed!!
