Default Cobra Upgrades???

i am looking to do some bolt on basic upgrades to my 01 cobra and i was wondering if anybody could give me a list of a couple of the best upgrades of my list or anything else you can think of or might know. thank you!!!

-full exhaust-shorty or longtube headers, h or x pipe and catback system (deep low rumble & a nice angle cut tip)
-throttle body (what kind and size)
-cold air intake (fenderwall or straight shot)

^^ agree w/ above but also get a cold air intake but dont let it go down into the fender.... i lost my 01 that way .... throttle body isnt really necessary ..... also get an IRS brace (lost my cv axles twice) and some other suspension

Tune is a big one. I saw a decent gain with an o/r x-pipe(Will soon be switching to lt's and pro-chamber though). The JLT cold air that goes into the fender gave me a very noticable seat of the pants gain. The best mod by far though was my solid axle/4.10 swap.

i would say gears, springs, if its a stick short throw shifter, and exhaust. Sometimes the best mods are ones that dont add horsepower but just make the car better all around.

what gears should i put in it? im not sure what it has now it has whatever a stock 01 5 speed cobra comes with. i want to still get decent gas mileage and dont need drag racing gears just something a little lower probably! my car wheel hopped one day bad and now its done it the past few times i tried spinning the tires. what can i do to make it stop? the car doesnt seem like it has as much power as it should. maybe i dont know because i have never had one before but i have driven a few muscle cars!! it has 29k miles on it and i dont think its ever had a tune up i just replaced the fuel filter in it and upgraded the computer at a dealership. want some more horses i got a camaro and trans am making **** out of my cobra bout not performing like they thought it should. any info and names of some upgrades would be appreciated. dont wanna do the supercharger unless i can put a stock reman charger from a 03-04 on my 01 cobra. is there a plate or something that i can get so i dont have to change my lower intake manifold?

I would go with 3.73 or 4.10 gears. Cobras can rev alot higher than a 2v motor so 4.10s wouldnt hurt at all. C&L and JLT make nice cold airs and get some pulleys and coil packs for all pretty cheap and easy installs.

Basic, CAI (JLT is good), high flow cats, cat back and a tune. Long tube headers aren't all cracked up. I know a guy who installed them on his wife termi and stated that what he gained didn't match up to the amount of money and time spent. Only gave a few HP, not enough to really notice.
