ya it usually screams, if it was ported and a lower swap, it may have been intended to leave the larger pulley on top, otherwise you may be overspinning the eaton, did you to the upper swap yourself? or did it come that way.

Take some pics of the engine bay with closeups on the blower, if the snout was disassembled it may be visable and we may be able to tell ya if its ported without having to remove it.

Had a shop install the pulley and do the dyno tune. I was going to do the pulley but when I read the directions and it was telling me to bake the part for like 30mins etc I decided I didn't want to screw it up.

I have a stock Eaton...pulled 465 rwhp & 453 Torque about 3 weeks ago...Something seems a little funny with the torque with a stock Eaton...

Take a pic of your lower pulley & Eaton for us...You do have the Accufab TB, that will add around 10-12 hp depending on the set-up...

No question I have a stock Ford lower....

...sounds right about where I am!! ...and my Cobra just hit 27k miles on the way to the dyno!

FYI: 461 rwhp & 443 torque on the pump gas...465/453 with a race fuel mix...

Right now, I think your tuner is an IDIOT, because those are twin screw torque numbers... I'm guessing that the "correction" factor of the dyno is WAYYY OFF...
