For 300, Cams is all you need.
Your idle will start to suck though...I don't really think it's worth it until you pass 400.
On my GT I had a Vortech with 7PSI and a tuned Steeda ECU...that made 350 at the wheels on 91 Octane.
That was before I modded anything other than the cat-back (just injectors, s/c, ecu and cat-back).
I realize we're talking about a 4000 dollar supercharger, non-intercooled, but I would look for one used. Vortech will rebuild all of the bearings and seals for $369. Self containing the oil on a Vortech is also an easy mod...

Good call on not going Kenne Bell...spools up fast but tops out and overspins too easy. Do some research and figure out exactly what size compressor you'll need to give you the right power curve...Centrifugal is the way to go.
