Default 03 cobra computer ?

went to get my cobra smogged and the tech asked if I changed the battery. I did about 2 months ago. Since the last smog I have driven the car 800 miles. Now it will not pass. 16k miles on it. The tech said that the computer needs to reset. He said there is 9 sensors and only 4 are on line right now. Then he asked how old the gas was . I had just filled it up with 91. It shakes when you first start it too. But still has tons of power. I have put at least 100 miles on it since the new battery. I keep it on a charger because the car is not driven that much. There is no check engine light on. Does the tune in the car mess with this? Could the computer have lost the tune?

wow.. shouldnt shake on startup... thats probably due to the sensors, i'd take it to whoever tuned it to check it out.

I do not think the computer will lose a tune...have you check your plugs?

i had a tech ask if i had a computer tune when it was obviously stock. he must have been doing something wrong the first time because he got it to work the second time.
