pressure plate to flywheel = 33 lb/ft + 60*
tranny to bellhousing = 26 lb/ft
crossmember to body = 30 lb/ft
crossmember to tranny = 43 lb/ft
shifter bolts = 15 lb/ft
driveshaft bolts = 83 lb/ft

hope that helps

auto stores rent the tool, however if you have a grease gun you can pump grease in the center and have that push it out.

Btw, what would you say THE "hardest" part of replacing the clutch and bearing would be? I say bolting the H pipe back up to the manifolds, my dad says the bell housing.

i would say that bolting up the h pipe is one of the easiest parts. the biggest PIA part IMO would be reinstalling the tranny. its a bitch to lift up on your back and try to line up perfectly.

We're not worried about that. There are 2 of us and we have 3 jacks, 4 jack stands and the whole car is up on blocks so we have like 18" of space to work with.

How many bolts hold the bell housing to the engine? So far we counted 3 on the left side, 2 on top and 2 on the right. PLEASE PLEASE don't tell me there's one on the top dead center of the bell housing. Also, does the splash guard for the flywheel have to come off?

there should just be the two on the top and the engine plate does not have to come off.
