hey id read this before you dive into ur rear end (lol no homo) https://mustangforums.com/forum/4-6-...ion-guide.html it really helped me out im going to eliminate my uppers altogether when i do mine, our four link is no good as you will read a panhard bar or torque arm is a better fit for the rear end

ya after reading that wat i got out of it was that a three point system is much better and would be more beneficial then trying to upgrade our four link, so either a PHB or TA and aftermarket LCA

alright so do lower control arms with either a torque or panhard bar, for best results with our rear end?

ya that wont allow the rear end to bind up, now jus figure out which one would be best for wat you do, strate line or twisties i believethe panhard bar is better for drag cuz a torque arm could fail with consistently hard launches with a lot of power not 100% on that so check around

OP, the fundamental differences in design between the LCA's/UCA's listed above is not only strength, but the spherical ends to help reduce the bind of the Mustang 4-link.

I am in 100% agreement with Choppa on the benifits of a PHB or WL and a TA on the rear axle. I would add that if anyone is REALLY into the 1/4 with M/T's or other real-stickys... you cannot go wrong with Griggs. Seems to me he also offered a simi-cool link too

yeah the $200 budget is a factor.. and i didn't know about the panhards or torque arms.. so maybe i'll just wait or get one or then other until i can get the whole setup.
