re-grind cams??

Question re-grind cams??

sup guys... I am building a Mark VIII engine.. and want to add cams, but I want to know if re-grind the stock cams can be easier, cheaper and worth it. Also which companies does that. Any advise is welcome.. Thanks.

installation wouldnt be easier for a regrind. cheaper, probably. i dont like regrinds but i have not experience with them on mod engines. i have had good results with crower cams on 2 different mod engines, but that is just my 2c. good luck on the build. where in az r u at?

I'm in the same dilemma I want cams but not sure if I want to spend the $ to do it.
I know Sean Hyland does Regrinds. But I have not heard if they are good or bad. Just telling you a place that does it

i forgot who, but one of the member here is running shm cam on his cobra with a 3.4 whipple blower. he is from az but cant think of his screen name

I am from Yuma AZ, and a NAPA mechanic recommended me "Schneider Cams" and I do not have the money to spend 1,xxx. in new cams... what you guys think? I am getting charge 560 to P&P, resurface heads and 3 angle valve job.

ooh I just notice, PCS your from yuma as well.. actually I am from San Luis a few milles from yuma... and why the installation would be difficult?
