Why are you yelling at us?
How did you come to the conclusion that 1 of your cams are messed up?
And 4V and Cams = there is no such thing as cheap
And Ricer jokes are getting old

As stated, there is no such thing as one of the cams messing up. Cams take years and years to wear the lobes down enough to cause problems. If you think your problem is cam related, then look at the timing chain assembly, or your valves/seats. But as stated, our 4Vs have 4 cams, so there isn't nothing about us that's cheap. Now my 5.0 has one and that's cheap

You need to take it to a shop and have the sound diagnosed, seriously.

Usually the tick is caused by poor coolant circulation in the rear portion of the driver side head. This in conjunction with over heating the engine leads to excessive valve guide wear usually around number the 7 cylinder. Since the valve is fit loosely in the head it ticks.
