Has anyone had any experience with Houston-area businesses that can repaint a car without painting the tires, windshields, lights, etc?[/FONT]

Is it too much to request that the original paint be removed as well as bumpers, fenders, hood, lid, skirt, sail-panel, and window moulding be removed for work, etc?

I know that extra expectations cost and I am willing to pay for a good job, not a Ziebart special.......
