Default BEST PROGRAMMERS FOR 03 COBRA

What is the best programmer and other non expensive mods i can add to my 03 cobra it already has a 3.25in oulley on the charger and flowmaster cat back. But i want to cut off the Cats but dont know if it will throw a code and make the car run crappy. Just need some advice. Thanks

1. You don't just cut off the cats, that sounds like a typical redneck thing lol. You can buy an off-road x or h pipe.

2. Programmer, you need to contact a dyno tuner in your area that you plan on using, and ask him whether he prefers sct of diablo. A canned tune will not do anything for our cars.

3. When changing out a supercharger pulley, it is best to get it dyno tuned and also have the a/f checked.

4. There are no in-expensive mods for terminators lol

not sure about your area, but a majority of the tuners around my area prefer SCT.

Yeah it is pretty much a redneck thing around here thats why i really wanted to get on a forum like this and someone before i done something stupid. I know A LOT about diesel truck programmers and mods but i just got in the car seen and nned some advice getting started but thatnks for the replies

just buy a cheap off road x pipe. I ended up buying very cheap pypes brand x-pipe for like 120 bucks and so far it seems just the same as any other once i finished it off with some borla stingers which will cost a bit more. Do research before buying stuff. Price doesnt always mean better, all though cheap route can also get you into trouble down the road. Welcome to the forums and dont be afraid to ask questions even if you think they might be stupid. We all started from scratch on stang knowlege, feel free to borrow some of ours.

i run a pypes s.s. o/r x pipe on my cobra, i though i was put together well, i dont know why some people think they are cheaply made. bought it off a forum member for $100
