Default Weatherstripping Question

Some of the weatherstripping on my car is needing to be replaced. The area the red arrow is pointing to in the picture is where I am referring to.It is like a quarter panel that goes around the small rear window. How is that piece fastened on? Glue, screws etc? Is this a pricey repair?
Thanks
Jim

I was thinking that the materials wouldnt be that bad. I was just curious how much work would have to be put into taking the appropriate body parts off to get to it.

FYI
Ok i went to a pick and pull(junkyard) and i took one apart and you have to take the inside trim out and there are about 4 screws in there that go into that body piece. That is how you take it off and put it on, from those screws on the inside. Also the piece of weatherstipping is very small and doesnt require hardly any knowledge to install. It may have been a foot long I was shocked how easy it was.
