Gates, Gatorback, or other? For use with 2.76 upper and 100mm idler. I know the part numbers just unsure on the brand.

 

I have both the Gates & Gatorback...really not much of a difference! Gates will save you a few $$$

 

thanks Tim. Here is my shopping list... BF 2.76 non slip upper pulley with ring, idler bracket with 100mm idler, and a Gates belt.

 

....Sounds like a good plan!! You have a pulley puller or is the tuner putting the pulley on?

road trip oh, and a guy on svtp just gave me a brand new gatorback belt free of charge!

i know, right!

 

free is always the best!! but down side to gaterback is they create alot of dust....my tuner used to be crazy bout them but then changed his mind cause they slip on his 1000hp notch where as gates doesnt still a good belt though even better free!!!!
