gauges
What is everyone running for gauges?
I just ordered a duel SOS pod with a raptor shift light
oil pressure (autometer 4323)
Boost (automoter 4303)
Do I need to get copper line for this oil pressure gauge to be "legal" at the track?? The gauge came with a plastic line....
Does anyone have a Raptor shift light? seems nice... Any tips or problems with the install on the shift light or the gauges???
Thanks for the help ,
Rob

I also got the sos duel pod, you will love it! It looks like if it were to come in the car from the factory. I'm running a boost/vac and volt gauge, but I have an AEM wide band mounted on my steering column.

A wideband A/F can give you an exact read out. It shows you lean and rich but will also give you and exact number. I suggest going with one, this is the one I got:

i got y ban, boost and fuel pressure i would suggest yban cause if you watch it you can see if something goes wrong...make sure you get a good one cause they make some crappy ones that just go insane and are basically useless which i have which is aem..it really only works when im gettin on it

You don't have to run the copper line, but at 10 dollars I would highly suggest the upgrade. I had the plastic nylon tubing in my old 89 GT when I put the Autometer oil psi gauge in it, and about 3 weeks later it kinked and cracked, and I had 60psi of oil pressure shooting under my dash. I cleaned it all, swapped to copper, and havn't had an issue since.
