Default Help with 96 cobra

I am going to look at a cobra today with vortech. Has 70K miles on it, one owner never wrecked.

I have only had a 2 valve. What are some things i can check on spot today?

Does this seem to be good price? $9500

I wouldn't say there is anything in particular to look out for, just check the usual, fluids, make sure all the body panels line up, make sure its a 4v lol. 9,5 seems a bit steep its still a buyers market.

but for some reason I could not fit in it. My knees were on dash. It has roll cage but.... seat was all the way back. Is this year cobra smaller inside then a 99GT.
I am 6'4" 260lbs.

Looks like a nice car. It appears the owner has more $ than brains. $2,100 for a glass upgrade WTF? and to do all that work to it and only made it to the track once since 1996?

Yea it's nice all paperwork...

yea windows were wavy looking out the window. All four tires had same amount of rubber not much driving hard. If i could fit comfortably I would have bought.

So does this year cobra have that much less leg room then my 99GT? Would it be easy to make seat go back further.. then again cage would have to be removed

well im 5'9" with midget legs so i always scoot up haha...but americanmuscle makes seat track extensions for ppl that are bahemiths like you haha jk...ive known plenty of ppl who couldnt fit comfortably cause the seat wouldnt go back far enough...it is possible that the cage is restricting the range of the seat too but its not uncommon not to fit comfortably

It appears the cage it stopping the seat from moving any further back. I know when my seat is all the way back there is no way someone can set in the back. in the pictures it looks like there is a big gap between the back of the front seat and the rear seat

Man, I don't have an experienced reply, but that's an awesome looking Cobra! I'd love to own it, looks mint, and has a hell of a lot of upgrades. I would look to see if the roll cage is stopping the seats early; I'm 6'-3", 195 lbs, and I have to have the seat in my 96 GT all the way back. Any less leg room and I wouldn't be comfortable. Maybe some modification could be done to push the seat back farther?
