IRS question!
I wanted to know what's the part called in this picture:
It seems to be some kind of weight.
Also, what is its purpose?

I believe this part is used for vibration/noise dampning. I had one on my SRA but was removed to install the torque-arm.

IRS is still on. When I broke my differential cover, I reinstalled it and it made it kind of tough to get the job done.
I heard it's really not needed. I went over a tire tread of a semi and it broke it right off.
