Default 96 cobra exhaust help

ok here goes . 96 svt vert. stock except for flowmasters. getting ready to use seafoam to clean system which should kill cats. (cats are about clogged anyway). question is what to replace cats with. little to no money found these online http://www.siliconeintakes.com/produ...c10a8ec0ccf096. any thoughts emissions is not a concern just performance and sound. dont want to be too loud or kill performance.what does everyone think replace all 4 cats, replace 2 with these and 2 hi flow, or remove all 4 and add 2 of these or 2 hiflow?

because i have 135,000 miles and when used right seafoam will remove all carbon and the first place its going to go is through the cats and being that they are already partially clogged it should pretty much finish them off. and even if it doent like i said they are already toast

no im not worried about emissions , but i get coflicting stories over what removing the cats will do. one person says i'll gain hp but lose torq. another says it wont do nething just make it louder. i know if i remove them i will need mil deletes i just want to know what to expect if i do replace all 4 cats with 2 of these.

If you replace the 4 cats with 2 cats, particularly high flow cats....4 things will happen;

1: You will increase throttle response
2: Gain a little hp
3: Increase loudness
4: You won't throw a check engine light

All these things happened for me when I put my H-pipe on. =)

Just buy an Off-Road X Pipe. UPR makes a good cheap one. Or buy a UPR High Flow Catted X pipe.
