Default SVT Cobra turbo....need advice

I have a 1998 Svt Cobra, and i want to put a turbo on it.

First question, is it possible?

Second question, which size would make the most sense?

Just a single right now. This is my first real car project and i only have a working budget of about $1500. I am doing the labor my self with a mechanic friend of mine. Do you think i can get all the parts i need including the turbo and still be within budget?

No. The K member itself will eat up close to half of your budget lol...

yeah lol the k member itself with the a arms and coil-over kit runs about 1200$ there is a turbo kit from on3 performance thats 1800$ comes everything cold and hot side look it up on ebay im not sure what type of modifications you would need since its made to fit a 99+ mustang gt or cobra

Details for installing on 96-8 Cars:

ebay search type in o3p 4.6 mustang cobra single turbo kit

The kit has not been tested on these cars and there are a few changes compared to the 99+ Cobra.

-Coil Pack Location

-Radiator Cross-over to thermostat tube

-Intercooler pipe going into the throttle body
