You need a hand held, or a chip... With a dyno tune, IT WILL BE PRICEY...

I paid 75 for pulley/idler install (i supplied parts) and like 550 for a chip and dyno tune. There where cheaper shops around but i wanted the best that could give me a safe tune. Dont forget to change your plugs when you get the pulley also.

I don't remember what I paid just for that because I had so much work done at one time. What kinda of longtubes do you have? You will be paying over $550 for everything.

Edit: I see you in IL. Call up bob kurgan or shoot him an email. He does great work. He did all the work and the tune on my car.
