Default Hard to change gears

Yesterday when I dropped off my car to get the windows tinted, It was almost impossible to put it in reverse. After five minutes I finally got it into reverse then it was almost impossible to change gears going down the road. I have to push the clutch to the floor and muscle it into gear. I have a SPEC Stage 3 clutch, and it has been a pain in my leg to change gears but nothing like this. Has anyone hae I idea what caused this or what Ineed to do? The clutch peddle is stiff, it seems it is not opening up for me to change gears. I have no idea??????

The clutch is not fully engaging/disengaging so I think I need to adjust it. I assume the SPEC Stage 3 clutches are adjustable, has anyone done this before? Also there is no grinding and the clutch is stiff.

I went home and notice the previous owner did not install the firewall adjustment. So I pulled up on the clutch pedal and pressed it in and went from 1st to reverse 5-6x. That fixed my problem. It shifts like new now.
