Stalling issue!!!! Please HELP.

Stalling issue!!!! Please HELP.
I have an 03 Cobra and my car stalls occassionally when its not warmed up all the way. It seems like it happens when I come to a stop but it happens sometimes when I'm switching gears too. Does anybody know whats wrong or did anyone else have a stalling issue? My one buddy said it could be my O2 sensors going? Does this make any sense? Please help and Thanks in advance guys.
