Default My new Stang

Hey y'all,
I just purchased an 01 cobra for 10k a month ago. Mustangs are by far my favorite car. This is my third. First was a v-6 fuscia (obviously not a stock color and I bought it cuz it was cheap). Second was an 01 gt true blue and traded it for a mazda cx-7 (my daily driver). I regretted it every day for 3 years till I bought this one. Absolutely love it and pics to come. Just wondering what upgrades I should get for some descent gains. What I have so far are BBK cold air, catless x-pipes(not sure what brand) and 4.10s originally for my gt given as a x-mas gift from my folks and were never installed(not installed yet). My budget is 2k. Im thinking underdrive pulleys, shorty headers, sct tuner, 65mm throttle body, and coil packs. Are these solid upgrades?

Not sure if its diff for the 4v, but I've read underdrive pulleys aren't really worth it. Same goes for the coil packs. Shorty headers are debatable. I'd take the 2k and definately get the gears installed first since you already have them. Is the car auto or 5 speed?

Get pulleys, skip the shortys and COPs, install the gears and get a custom tune.

So pulleys are worth it? I am just full of misinformation lately. I suck at life.

my honest opinion, speakin on behalf of 4vs, every little bit helps. These motors dont benefit much because of how much air they can already flow so helping in other ways is good in my opinion. People can hate on me all they want or pull dyno #s off the internet.. Im stickin by my claim and I'll run pullies on my 4v cars always have

With 2k budget honestly I would save up a few more coins and look for a used supercharger kit, if thats out of the option I would just do a set of 4.10 or 4.30 gears out back and with whatever left you have go with the pullies and other cheap bolt ons. Short tubes aren't worth the install price or PITA to do them yourself.
