Default 01 Cobra Advice

hello guys, first off, im 20, just bought an 01 Cobra in the summer, ive had it stored for winter.. sadly canada gets alot of snow.. : / .. im hoping to have it out soon for the spring, but would like to make some changes to the exhaust, and stance...

the car is from georgia originally, with 60,000 miles..

my thoughts on the car were ;

03 Cobra rims all round, 9' up front, and 10.5 in the rear with 305's..
question being.. will those fit in the rear without them sticking out too much ?

i also wanted to lower the car a tad.. have it lean to the front.. any suggestions on doing so ?

aswell.. exhaust.. i really like the sound of the bassani catted x pipe, with borla stingers.. anyone know if this setup works well on an 01 ?

thanks in advance for any help / advice.. im still a tad new to the whole mustang world..

Wheels will fit fine. I never understood why someone would like the front to be lower than the rear. Why not equal?

Wheels won't fit fine. You'll need to get low profile irs mount bolts. Maximum Motorsports has them cheap. They also have plenty of options for lowering. Just remember to get the car aligned after you lower it.

Gives it a drag/ aggresive stance. You may need IRS bolts, some people get away some don't.

+1 on Magnaflows. Had em on my 01 Cobra, it sounded sweet, much nicer than other stock 01s I ran across. And that was just catbacks...

Yeah but that drag look is acquired by running a much taller tire in the rear, than in the front, not by lowering the front more than the rear with a tire setup that is the same tallness lol. It's almost ricerish in my honest opinion.

Why does everything have to be considered "rice"? I bet 90% of the things people call "rice" all the time are going to be stock on the 2014 restyling.

Putting body kits on a car that make it not look like a mustang at all or having a dragon painted on the side, now those things are actually rice.

To me, rice also includes cosmetic changes to your cars to make them "look" faster...
