yeah, for the miles, the price is too high. If you want a good deal, you might have to look out of state or just be patient.

FYI...these engines are built very tough. They can handle alot but the issue that you can run into is if modded, were the mods done correctly. With any car, it really depends on the MAINT that the owner did.

Personally, if there were MAINT records and somehow I knew for sure it was never modded, I would feel comfortable with even more miles then that.

Just remember....just because its stock now, doesnt mean it was always stock.....

To be honest the first Redfire I think is a sweet color and the car seems like a good deal. As far as him never beating on it well I don't buy that. Anyone with those mods has beat their car once or twice.

The second cobra is sweet as well but you should be able to talk him down by 2 grand. Good luck brotha

both look fine but never take anyones word for it....especially in terms of beating on the car. Not only could you never verify that, but each persons term of beating on it differ. One might thing that taking it to the track is beating on it whereas someone else might think that a street race is.

If you go look at it...jsut make sure you test drive it. I mean, really test drive it cause its alot of money and you are potentially buying the car. Dont let the owner tell you not to punch the gas or anything like that because you want to make sure that there are no issues. I wouldnt drop the clutch or anything but dont feel obligated to take it easy either.

If you can, take it to a mechanic. Have them do an inspection and is just another safety net that you have. There is a good write up over at the SVTperformance forums in regards to things to look out for.

Hope everything works out for you....let us know what happens.

Well if you don't put on the O2 sensors back on right when the cats are removed the light will come on. I always said who needs CATS anyways. Hahahaha my stang doesn't believe in them.

Thats a good deal, IMO. It's not cheap to get 472HP to the street and the miles aren't too bad. I'm sure you could even get him to knock another $500 off the price. I'd ask to see the Dyno sheet and receipts for the mods. Check for any unusual ticking from the driver's side heads.

Get an online membership to photobucket or some other pic place. Upload the pic from your computer to your photobucket account and then copy the URL to this website. This is probly the best way I can explain it. Good luck. Can't wait to see this beast
