Default IRS Help

I been looking at lethal performance for irs braces and bushings. I found the bullit flow brace which to me seems great and what i need so i dont blow my rear end up and eliminate wheel hop but the my question which bushings do i get? All of them? or what cause there are lower control arms, diffferential and some other ones that all say irs next to it. What do you guys think?

I have the BF IRS brace...takes a few hours to install!!! ...Well worth the extra insurance for the IRS!

I haven't made any mods to the rear suspension yet, but this is the place to go for an IRS << LINK >>
