Default Difference between 03 and 04 Termi?

I'm looking at an trying to get into an 03/04 Mustang. I've been looking at Mach 1's and like them a lot, but if I could get a Cobra it would be a dream come true! So my question is: Is there much difference between the 03 and 04 Terminators and if there is differences, what are they? Does one have problems the other doesn't? Is power different between them? ETC. I'm looking at this for a DD so reliability is key. I'm not trying to be cheap, but if I can save a few bucks on an 03 and have the same thing I figured why not? I just didn't want to do that and find out I shot myself in the foot.

Thanks for the input!

Basically the only major difference id the "Color" option between the 2 years...there was also a change with the Catalytic Converters in the '04 models that got rid of the $1,000 gas guzzler tax the 03 Cobra's was hit with NEW!!

The 03's also had a 10th Annviersary model with "Red" trim & wheels...

This link should also help http://www.stangshiftergaskets.com/2003_2004faqs.htm

GOOD LUCK!!!

also 03's were known for gettin the head tick from unequally cooling to the rear of the motor...starting with the anniversary addition they fixed the heads...many 03-04's have the head cooling mod anyways just to be safe

do you all think that getting one for ~$16-17,000 is possible if it has around 70,000 miles? (without it being a ragtop)
