Default Guy looking for info on Cobras

Well I think I may be looking for a cobra within the next year ( its just to expensive to purchase a 2011-2013 mustang for me I dont want such a big payment) I would prefer the cobra to be between 96-2004 any thing that i need to do when looking and pricing ? any stickies on purchasing one that I might wanna read?

sorry, other than surfing & searching the multiple sites, I don't know of any links similar to the one I posted above for the pre-03 cobras

The 99s had a major recall due to not making the reported power. I am not sure how you tell if a 99 has been recalled/fixed. If you end up looking at a 99, be sure to research that info... That's why there wasn't a regular 00 model, they spent that year resolving the issue for the 01...
