It'll hurt your low end from everything I've read about the b heads. As a matter of fact, if you adjust the imrc to not open until closer to 4000 rpm you'll increase trq.

Try a short runner intake and delete the imrc garbage. You will have power all the way to redline.

A shorter runner should give you better power up high, but hurt your low end, just like the imrc delete will kill your low end intake velocity, but help your high end breathing. It really depends on what you plan to do to your car. What are your planned power mods?

Check on svtperformance it's a pretty popular mod. Nasvt is the one to talk to.
