happened last week -- one day there, next day gone -- fuses 1 and 9 are good, replaced MFS, no help, brake on/off switch checks out -- with headlights on, all bulbs light --
not sure what to look at next -- appreciate your thoughts and suggestions -- many thanks

What year exactly is your car? There are some significant electrical differences between the 96 and 2004 models.

 

many thanks for your reply -- it is a 1996 cobra convertible -- sorry for not mentioning that in the original post -- i am in the process of replacing the MFS -- have it off -- waiting for the replacement -- just hope i can get the steering cowling back without breaking something -- the upper piece sure was a devil to get off -- not as simple as 'remove the 4 bolts and remove the cowling" as the manual said .......
