I don't have a 99 but I have a 96 snake... Don't forget u don't want to much power without being able to put it down on the ground. I'd get some Wider Tires first... I have some 285/35zr18sin the rear on my car and they still spinpretty goodand i'm probably not pushing but 310 RWHP... I have stock gears too (3.27). The one thing that has helped me the most was a set of Granatelli Motorsports Double Adjustable upper control arms and Adjustable lower control arms. The nearly kill wheel hop and gave, i'd say, 65% better traction. But if ur just starting out and don't wanna do suspension go for exhaust, pulleys, MAF and Chip In that order...

Hey 99,

They are From mustangworld.com 's speed shop... http://www.mwspeedshop.com/.... They are sort of covers but they are permenant... U drill holes in themetal originalpedals after removing the plastic cover... and thread each screw and then put the supplied screws in the holes you made... Its hard as a ****... I like the pedals the look good and they work great... but they were a real big hassel to put in... not to mention I still haven't put all 4 screws in each pedal if u look at the pic closely i'm sure u can see there are only like 3 screws in each pedal where there are 4 holes... its cause i had to use titanium drill bits to cut into the original pedals... and it was just too much trouble... it was hard as hell to push the pedal in and then drill it... so i just put 3... it holds perfect without the 4th one... so i just left... oneday i may finish the job.... In respect to mustang world they are great pedals and i wouldn't have anything but those... but if had to do it again i would just stick with the stock pedals... make sure u have a friend to help you if u plan on doing it... Best of wishes... later...

Oh yeah I forgot to tell you... All the needed parts come with the pedals... which was a surprise to me... It comes with the thread die and the drill bits and the screws... which was grade a to me... but I used my own titanium bits because the other ones just didn't wanna go throught the pedal.... hope this helps... later
