Will the eaton m112 which is meant for the 03 bolt up to the 99? I have been seeing them for a few hundred on ebay, and was wondering if it would work on the 99.

The 03 bottom end is ALOT stronger (engine). Someone jump in here and tell me if im wrong, but I seem to remember reading that the bottom end of the older cobras was aluminum, and the new ones are cast?

Might wanna think about this. If ford didnt think it was safe, maybe its not

The blower will fit onto a '99 Cobra, however, in all likelyhood it WILL NOT be a direct bolt up and will require custom fabrication.

The answer is NO. You can not install a 2003 or 2004 blower in a 99 cobra. The reason is because the heads are differents. This information was obtainedby the SVT support line two weeks ago because I had the same Idea. They told me that if you change the heads then you can bolt on. I'm thinkingtoinstallturbocharger

turbo...what a novel ideal. why not go twins for quick spooling time? or even better, sequentials for spooling and top end. or if you want to go hardcore, one fat one and a 50 shot of nitrous to get you moving off the line.

turbo has so many more options its not even funny. turbo>supercharger

Does this go for the same in not working for 1996 Mustang Cobra. I was told i might have to get to new head, and if so how much is the average cost?

you will have to get new heads, intercooler, and all the intercooler accesories, and lower intake, and other various things. its not worth it at all
