im thinking of getting mac lt headers. there one pice and i was wondering if u need to lift the engine to get them on. dose anyone have these headers? are they any good? i was also thinking of getting a mac o/r h pipe and some 40 series flows.

The combination sounds good. It will be really mean sounding (remeber that the cops will hear you coming from a mile away with no cats)!!! I can't help too much with the header question though, but I would suggest getting a Bassani X-pipe. You would get a slightly improved flow from these (other brands probably are fine) in comparison to the H-pipe system. My current set up encorporates an X-pipe with high flow cats. If I am not too much into the gas pedal, the cops pretty much leave me alone. The high flow cats are about 1.5 times as loud as the stock cat system with the same 40 series muffler.

I asked the same the other day. I actualy ended up calling a shop around here to see if they would or not. They said yes the normaly have to lift the engine. I havent decided on exactly what to put in yet, was just shoping around to get an idea on how much it would cost me.. I could do it myself if I didnt have to lift it [&:]
