As 95cobragirl said congrats on your 5.OL. I have a 94 which is exactly the same as a 95. Pros are: there are more aftermarket mods for 5.0's than 4.6's. The engine is very simple to work on being and pushrod engine (ie less hassel to change out heads or totally rebuild.) with right setup and lots of cash getting 600hp out of a bored and blown 5.0l is possible. Cons: The block is cast-iron and is heavier than the modular 4.6's. My mustang weighs 4480lb witch is way heavier than the new cobra's. I wouldn't trade might in for anything. When it comes down to it personal preference is what matters.
