First Oil Change

I'm about to do my first oil change on a 2017 GT. I think it calls for 5W20. What do y'all use in Texas? Is 5W20 Synthetic ok?

I just changed my oil with 5w-20 full synthetic Pennzoil and have no ill effects so far.
