Default 07 sport trac

My wife's 07 mustang V6 base model is spinning its right rear wheel. first i've ever noticed it doing that in 16 years.
How can I tell whether this car is supposed to have limited slip? VIN decoders are now just marketing crap. not even the ford site helped.
i appreciate your time.

The 2007 V6 had an open differential using the 7.5" rear end. The GT and GT500 had 8.8" with limited slip (Ford Tlok).

So your wife's Mustang is doing what it is supposed to do. You can easily swap the 8.8" rear end from a 2005-2010 GT or GT500 or any Mustang from 2011 to 2014 (all Mustangs had the 8.8" during those model years)
