Mislock on my 2012 is when you leave a door, hood, trunk open then press the lock button on the remote. The horn sounds and the lights don't flash. This it to tell you you left something open and the car won't lock.

Everytime I get an oil change they pump up the psi and my car rides awful.

Best to run whatever the door says.

Looks like "mislock" is the "autolock" feature where the doors automatically lock after 45 seconds... At least in Fusions, but I don't think Ford would call it something else in the Mustang?

EDIT: Hmm... Maybe Ford did change what it does in Mustang's...? http://www.manualsdir.com/manuals/60...g.html?page=60
I'm so confused right now. I asked my sales rep at the dealership and he seems to have no clue either... Maybe I should just call Ford directly
It is entirely unclear. I've tested it repeatedly . . . the horn does not toot when locking from the key fob and anything's been left open. The lights behave as described, if a door is ajar for example, they do not flash. I've adopted the habit of watching the mirror mounted turn signal.

Another kinda dumb thing . . . if you leave a door ajar and lock it, the unlock / lock touch sensor is disabled on that door, the door does lock. So you cannot unlock the car with a touch to open and close the door. You must then walk around the car and unlock from the other door, or dig out the key fob anyway. Sure, you can shove the door closed, but I just don't like doing that.

Good feedback though, it's nice to see others that are detail oriented and want to know exactly how everything works
Maybe we should start a massive thread on "Mislock" ?
