if he thinks your gt isnt stock with 4.10s and your gt is infact stock with 4.10s then he thinks his car is faster than it is...probebly raced some people who have no idea how to drive...so again i say, id probebly be right next to him.

was it tuned and had 400awhp? because ive been in an evo with 400awhp, and ill tell you what its mind bending how fast that thing is off the line...then again you have to know how to drive it, and honestly short of slicks and a high stall with auto and 4.10s mustangs wont be able to match a well driven awd car out of the hole. and that goes double on the street. but my experiance so far is most people have no idea how to drive an awd....lol lucky us!!!

Don't doubt you would. I've driven his car a few times, he and his wife both have driven mine. He's actually thinking of getting another Trans-Am. He's constantly up-grading his car. Tired of all the upkeep and tweaking his set-up. It does run strong, for sure..

I don't have any confidence in his driving skill.. His combo is bada$$, Power can make up for the driver...

I'd rather have a good driver with less power than to have massive power and a bad driver...

thats the problem lol people think because they have awd and 400 hp that they dont ned to know how to drive. At the track ive destroyed T/As which should run low 13s easy and a few older corvettes, most of which have a factory rating of 300 plus hp and less weight. But even without the advantage of the light most of them fall short of getting potential out of there car. Good example i raced an ISF brand new, kicked his *** at the light got a car plus on him out of the box, ran a 13.58?ish to his 13.5ish but beat him across the line, and trapped 12 mph less haha he had no clue how to drive a 13.5@112-14 cant remember exactally is just sad.

autos help people drive better if you can figure out how to launch them, and it looks like you did a good job at that, the auto does the rest, you can gain a bit with a manual but there are way to many things you can screw up.
